Refund & Returns Policy

At Jawai Safari, we strive to provide an unforgettable wildlife experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth booking process.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Safari Bookings

  • Cancellation 7+ days before the safari dateFull refund (excluding transaction fees).
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before the safari date50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the safariNo refund, as arrangements are already made.
  • No-shows or late arrivalsNo refund or rescheduling allowed.

Hotel & Accommodation Bookings

  • Cancellation 10+ days before check-inFull refund (excluding service charges).
  • Cancellation 5-9 days before check-in50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation within 4 days of check-inNo refund as the reservation is confirmed.

Rescheduling

  • Safari rebooking is allowed once (subject to availability) if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Hotel rescheduling is subject to the property’s availability and policies.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Transaction fees and bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If payment was made via a third-party platform (PayPal, Razorpay, etc.), refund timelines depend on their policies.

3. Changes & Cancellations by Us

In rare cases where we must cancel a safari due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, guests can opt for:

  • A full refund or
  • A free reschedule for another available date.
