Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JawaiSafari.org, we are dedicated to offering a truly memorable wildlife experience. While we take every measure to ensure guest satisfaction, we also understand that plans may change or expectations may not always be met. Below is our transparent and guest-friendly refund and cancellation policy.
1. Safari Bookings
Cancellations:
- 7+ days before the safari date – Full refund (excluding transaction fees).
- 3 to 6 days before the safari date – 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Within 48 hours of the safari – No refund, as operational arrangements are already in place.
- No-shows or late arrivals – No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee – Full Refund if Not Satisfied
At JawaiSafari.org, we prioritize your experience. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the safari due to service failure, safety concerns, or unmet expectations, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following:
- Guests must inform our team on the same day of the safari about their dissatisfaction.
- Feedback must be genuine and relate to service quality, hospitality, or safety — not due to natural sightings (as wildlife is unpredictable).
- Even in such cases, a minimum deduction of ₹2,500 will apply to cover fuel and coordination costs.
- Refunds under this clause are processed after internal verification and approval.
3. Hotel & Accommodation Bookings
Cancellations:
- 10+ days before check-in – Full refund (excluding service/transaction charges).
- 5 to 9 days before check-in – 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Within 4 days of check-in – No refund, as the reservation is confirmed and non-refundable by the property.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Safari rebooking is allowed once, if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled safari, subject to availability.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction fees and bank charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Payments made via third-party platforms (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) will follow their refund timelines.
6. Cancellations or Changes by Us
In rare situations (extreme weather, government orders, or operational issues), we may cancel your booking. In such cases, you may opt for:
- A full refund, or
- A free reschedule to another available date.
7. Special Full Refund Clause (Manual Exceptions)
In situations where a refund is approved outside the standard policy (e.g., customer emergencies, compassionate grounds), the following applies:
- Fuel and logistical charges will be deducted.
- A minimum of ₹2,500 will be retained for operational expenses.
