Welcome to jawaisafari.org ! By booking a safari or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized partners.
- Full payment is required to confirm your safari booking.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- Your booking confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp upon successful payment.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with our services.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the safari date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the safari will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the safari.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Safari Rules & Guidelines
- All guests must follow the wildlife safety guidelines provided by our guides.
- Littering, loud noises, or any behavior that disturbs wildlife is strictly prohibited.
- Safari timings and routes are subject to change due to weather or forest regulations.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed during the safari.
- Children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. Liability & Disclaimer
- Jawaisafari.org and its partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the safari.
- Wildlife sightings are natural occurrences, and we do not guarantee leopard sightings.
- Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan.
5. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is collected only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
- Payment details are processed securely, and we do not store any credit card information.
