jawaisafari.org is the sole official website and brand identity representing our safari services in Jawai, Rajasthan. All bookings, communications, and representations made through jawaisafari.org and our officially published contact details are the only authorized channels of our business.

We do not take responsibility for any individual, agent, website, social media page, or third-party entity falsely claiming to represent jawaisafari.org or using our name, brand, or content without authorization. Any dealings made with such unauthorized parties are done entirely at the customer’s own risk.

To ensure authenticity, guests are advised to verify that all communication, payments, and bookings are conducted exclusively through jawaisafari.org or our officially listed contact numbers and email addresses.

jawaisafari.org shall not be held liable for any loss, misrepresentation, or inconvenience arising from interactions with impersonators or unauthorized operators.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized partners.
Full payment is required to confirm your safari booking.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Your booking confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied with our services.
Cancellations made 72 hours before the safari date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the safari will receive a 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the safari.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Safari Rules & Guidelines

All guests must follow the wildlife safety guidelines provided by our guides.
Littering, loud noises, or any behavior that disturbs wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Safari timings and routes are subject to change due to weather or forest regulations.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed during the safari.
Children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Jawaisafari.org and its partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the safari.
Wildlife sightings are natural occurrences, and we do not guarantee leopard sightings.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan.

5. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Payment details are processed securely, and we do not store any credit card information.
