However, we do have a well-structured system for booking confirmations, ticket deliveries, and reservation details. Below is our policy regarding the delivery of service-related documents and information.

1. Booking Confirmation & E-Ticket Delivery

  • Once your booking is successfully completed on our website, you will receive an instant confirmation email with all the necessary details, including your booking reference number, itinerary, and payment receipt.
  • The confirmation email will also include details regarding the date, time, and meeting point for your safari or accommodation.
  • In case you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at support@jawaisafari.org.

2. Physical Ticket Collection (If Required)

  • Most of our safari bookings and hotel reservations do not require a physical ticket, as digital confirmations are sufficient.
  • However, if a physical ticket or permit is required by local authorities, it will be available for pickup at the designated meeting point before your scheduled safari.

3. Delivery Timeframes for E-Tickets & Booking Confirmations

  • Instant Booking: E-tickets and confirmation emails are sent within minutes after successful payment.
  • Manual Confirmation Required: Some bookings, such as custom safaris or exclusive packages, may require manual verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.
  • If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

4. Last-Minute Bookings

  • For bookings made within 24 hours of the safari time, customers are advised to contact our support team for expedited processing.
  • Last-minute reservations are subject to availability and may require additional verification.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • Any changes to your booking (such as date modifications) will be confirmed via email.
  • Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy.
